Thoughts
To manifest all my dreams, my thoughts must change. I tell my thoughts what to do, they do not control me. I control my thoughts, they are never in control of me.

Intentions
I always wish the best for others
I always wish the best for me
When I wish the best for others, I feel good about myself; therefore, by universal law, they must wish the best for me.

Flow
I choose to accomplish all my dreams effortlessly knowing the universe will do as I say.
It takes courage to accept all my wishes with effortless ease. I have this courage. I do not prove my worth or seek to gain attention by creating chaos. I am confident of myself and am worthy to manifest all my dreams with effortless ease.

Purpose
My passion is in my gut, not in my head. I can live my passion anytime I choose. Today, I take a baby step towards living my life with passion. My passion is my purpose - I ask the universe to show me my passion and give me the courage to live my purpose.

Creation
To have anything manifested, first I must see it in my life. I visualize all that I want to create and see myself actually living my dreams. The universe always provides that which I wish to manifest. I ask now to receive all my dearest wishes.

Gratefulness
My happiness is a direct result of what I have given. I choose to continue to give a little more each day. By giving, it means I trust the universe will provide. I trust the universe. I will continue to give each day so I can change myself and then change the world...
